Breathing exercises that respond to you.

Absolutely Beautiful
this app is honestly one of the most beautiful breathing apps I’ve ever come across, and I’m really glad I discovered it. The use of visuals that respond to our breathing is very unique, and the visuals themselves are mesmerising. Even without the breathing exercises, I think it can be very calming to just sit and breathe any way we personally like and watch the shapes and colours dance and play :)

A blessing
Huge thanks to the makers of this app! I rarely write reviews but I just want to give credit because this app deserves it! I struggle with anxiety a lot and need to do breathing exercises often. [...] I need to buy the paid version just for the sake of thanking app makers and I pray that this app will never change. It’s perfect. Also, let’s not forget how pretty it is! The graphics and UX is beautiful yet still very simple. Loving it!!

Excellent
This is a wonderful breathing app. With four different modules to choose from. I started with relaxation, finding it helpful at the end of the day to unwind . I enjoy choosing the individual visuals.

"Using the recovery mode, the visuals allowed me to be distracted from the attack, yet, still able to focus on the breathing. After 3-4 breaths, I was relieved."

"I had an asthma attack when talking to my boyfriend on phone.
At that time, I was not able to find my inhaler, so I chose Lungy.
